Digital UV Printing Technology
Digital printing itself is a revolution in printing technology, but room for improvement is always there when it comes to resolving an issue regarding printing substrates and colors. And digital UV printing is such a solution to the problem that made it tough to dry and cure digital prints on a few materials.
What Makes The Difference?
In conventional offset printing, solvent inks need time to get dry through evaporation or with the help of additional spray powders. This process makes inks to dissolve in the material leaving not so bright prints. Substrates like plastic, acrylic, foil refuse to do so. Digital UV printing technology uses UV inks that imprints the most vivid prints on all kinds of materials. And the drying process uses the UV rays along with the printing to efficiently dry the prints quicker than ever. Besides, digital UV printing doesn’t emit VOCs like conventional printing that makes UV printing environment-friendly too.
